After resetting someone’s shoulder mobility with something like IASTM and/or repeated shoulder extensions, the mobility may need to be re-educated under load. My former student, friend and colleague, Dr. Russell Manalastas demonstrates a simple but effective progression for working newly gained shoulder mobility.
