Love Love Love this exercise for rehab. Works on balance, functional strength, kinetic chain stability, and is one of the highest glute medius activation exercises. It’s an exercise that is way too under utilized especially with low back pain. Young clinicians are often afraid to aggravate a pt yet when dosed appropriately is an excellent exercise.
